For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. 3.3 Prohibited Users. The following individuals are not eligible to register an Account:
3.4 One Account Per User. Each User is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or Bonuses therein.
4.1 To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing Bets and claiming Bonuses, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and preferred currency.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate and up to date. GV999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. GV999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). GV999 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested may result in Account restrictions or suspension.
4.5 Notification of Changes. You must promptly notify GV999 of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes to your email address, contact number or country of residence.
5.1 You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to GV999 or other users.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
5.3 GV999 reserves the right to monitor Platform activity and investigate any suspected breach of these Terms. Where a breach is identified, GV999 may suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void any associated Bets or Bonuses, and withhold any related balances pending investigation.
6.1 All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game, as published within the Platform at the time of placing the Bet.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A Bet is only considered accepted when a confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform. GV999 reserves the right to refuse or void any Bet placed after an event has started, where a pricing error has occurred, or where GV999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.
6.3 Odds and Pricing. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a Bet is confirmed. GV999 endeavours to display accurate odds at all times but does not guarantee that published odds will remain constant. In-play (live betting) odds are particularly subject to rapid change.
6.4 Void Bets. GV999 may void a Bet in the following circumstances: where an event is cancelled or abandoned; where the event result is subject to official investigation or reversal; where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred; or where the Bet has been placed in violation of these Terms.
6.5 Casino Games. Casino game outcomes (slots, live dealer games, table games) are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer dealing in a controlled studio environment. GV999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Independently audited RTP figures are displayed within individual game information panels where available.
6.6 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules. For Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket markets, the following general rules apply unless otherwise stated: matches abandoned due to weather with fewer than the minimum required overs completed may be declared void; Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official where applicable.
7.1 Deposits. Users may deposit funds into their Account using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier. GV999 accepts deposits in PKR and other supported currencies. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction.
7.2 Payment Method References. Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform as familiar payment methods used in Pakistan. GV999 does not claim that any of these providers endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Users must verify their payment provider's own terms before initiating any transaction.
7.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification and provided that no breach of these Terms is under investigation. GV999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
7.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited into an Account must not be used solely for the purpose of transferring funds through the Platform. GV999 requires that deposited funds are used for genuine betting or gaming activity. Where a withdrawal is requested without sufficient gaming activity having occurred, GV999 may deduct applicable processing fees.
7.5 Processing Timeframes. Processing timeframes for withdrawals vary by payment method. GV999 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier, but cannot guarantee processing times imposed by third-party payment providers.
7.6 Currency. All PKR-denominated transactions are subject to applicable exchange rates and any fees imposed by the User's payment provider. GV999 is not responsible for currency conversion costs incurred by the User.
8.1 GV999 may from time to time offer Bonuses to registered Users, including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer.
8.2 General Bonus Terms. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms:
8.3 Bonus Abuse. Users who are found to be abusing the Bonus system — including by creating multiple Accounts, providing false information, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements — will have their Bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

Any PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative of the maximum potential Bonus based on the stated deposit match percentage, not a guarantee of a fixed reward. Actual Bonus amounts are calculated in accordance with the individual promotion's terms.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GV999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GV999 shall not be liable for:

12.1 GV999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where GV999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 User-Initiated Closure. Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting GV999 support. Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Bonuses subject to uncompleted Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.3 Upon Account termination for breach, GV999 reserves the right to retain any balances or Bonus funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GV999 is licensed and incorporated, which shall be specified within the Platform's licensing information section.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact GV999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. GV999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
13.3 Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.
13.4 Pakistani Law Note: GV999 does not claim that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor that they have been approved by any Pakistani legal or regulatory authority. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice regarding the applicability of these Terms to their personal circumstances.
14.1 GV999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, GV999 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or via a Platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.3 GV999 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.
